With 6 to 7 fitness classes offered every day, both before and after work, there’s no reason not to connect with Kinetic Heights. With easy access from Providence Road, plenty of parking, showers and lockers, too; Kinetic Heights is your “no excuses” opportunity to catch a quality, ever-changing workout on your way to or from work.

Train – Passes
Foundation circuit training
Our foundation circuit training classes are 45 minute sessions of personal training in a group setting. They include athletic conditioning, body-weight exercises and weight training in various parts of our facility. These classes are appropriate for all levels and are offered 6-7 times per weekday. Expect to burn 400-600 calories each session and receive a total body workout through regular attendance.

Next level training
No one in Charlotte does obstacle course race training like Kinetic Heights. With actual obstacles used in the American Ninja Warrior competition and Spartan Races at their disposal, and SGX-Spartan certified instructors, we’ll help you get ready for your first, or next, mud-run or obstacle course race like no one else can.

The art of movement
Kinetic Heights boasts the only parkour and ninja warrior instruction in town. Certified instructors, fully developed training plans and a veritable obstacle playground make Parkour, Parkour/Ninja and Ninja classes a great way to gain fitness, core strength and agility, and self-confidence, all while having a blast! Great for beginners, especially those who haven’t found a fit yet with traditional sports, and for intermediate and advanced students as well.

Perfect for aspiring ninja warriors and anyone else that wants to work out on their own, at their own pace, our Open Gym sessions enable participants to use our ground-based challenges and fitness equipment for a self-guided workout. Ground obstacles include parkour boxes and vaults, Ninja Warrior obstacles and slacklines, and available fitness equipment includes TRX racks, bosu balls and stability balls, just to name a few. We’re not a weightlifting gym, but if you’re into functional fitness and/or adventure fitness, we’ve got you covered!
