Parkour, Ninja Parkour, and Junior Warrior Classes

Parkour is defined as the art of moving as efficiently as possible between two points, whether over, under or around any obstacles that might be in the way. Although it’s a really cool and edgy way to work out, it’s so much more than that. It’s a mentality, a lifestyle, a journey – toward thinking creatively amidst your surroundings, trusting your instincts, and seeing pathways and opportunities that others might miss.

Parkour/Ninja (Season)

These 10-week sessions track fall, spring, summer and winter sport seasons and follow a specific curriculum prepared by our certified parkour instructors. They typically include a kick-off session, mid-season testing, and an end-of-season showcase where participants get to show everything they’ve learned to family and friends.
  • Helps develop agility, core strength, balance and physical fitness
  • Teaches fundamental parkour skills, such as lazy vaults, monkey crawls and precision landings
  • Includes mid-season level testing and an end of year showcase

Junior Ninja

Junior Ninja

These drop-in classes allow youngsters from 5-8 to learn how to safely run, jump, climb and tumble their way through our obstacles. The curriculum is based on the same skills taught in Parkour/Ninja classes, although the progression of such skills is tailored in an age appropriate way. The primary objective? Gaining self-confidence and having fun!
  • Helps develop agility, balance and confidence
  • For participants not old enough for Parkour/Ninja
  • $15 drop-in rate

Beginner Parkour/Ninja

These drop-in classes enable participants to learn parkour fundamentals without the commitment of a 10-week season. A fun, exciting and totally unique way to get a workout in. Wait until your kids show off what they learned!
  • Helps develop agility, core strength, balance and physical fitness
  • Teaches fundamental parkour skills, including lazy vaults, monkey crawls, and precision landings
  • A great way to try out parkour
  • $15 drop-in rate

These drop-in classes enable adults to learn parkour fundamentals and gain confidence with their bodies in motion interacting with obstacles. A fun, exciting and totally unique way to get a workout in and gain confidence!

  • Teaches fundamental parkour skills
  • A great way to try out parkour!
