Kinetic Heights is a one-of-a-kind facility, with amazing obstacles, for sure. But we’re excited about our community most of all. We believe everyone should have a safe, fun, comfortable space to challenge themselves physically, and grow in personal strength and confidence. No matter your age, fitness level, or personal goals, you’ll find your pace and place here at Kinetic Heights.
Fitness & Training – Adult Passes
Foundation circuit trainingOur foundation circuit training classes are 45 minute sessions of personal training in a group setting. They include athletic conditioning, body-weight exercises and weight training in various parts of our facility. These classes are appropriate for all levels and are offered 6-7 times per weekday. Expect to burn 400-600 calories each session and receive a total body workout through regular attendance. Drop-ins welcome ($15 per session).

Next level trainingNo one in Charlotte does obstacle course race training like Kinetic Heights. With actual obstacles used in the American Ninja Warrior competition and Spartan Races at their disposal, and SGX-Spartan certified instructors, we’ll help you get ready for your first, or next, mud-run or obstacle course race like no one else can. Drop-ins welcome!

Yoga & Deep Stretch
Recovery & WellnessWe offer 60 minute yoga deep stretch & flow classes appropriate for all skill levels. These classes focus on mobility and breath through a flow of traditional yoga postures focusing on stretching and lengthening muscles. Special attention on alignment, balance and core stability. Strength and flexibility are not required, but will be gained through regular practice. Must be 13 or older to participate.
Open Gym (ages 13+)
Self-transformation trainingPerfect for aspiring ninja warriors and anyone else (over 13) that wants to work out on their own, at their own pace, our Open Gym sessions enable participants to use our ground-based challenges and fitness equipment for a self-guided workout. Ground obstacles include parkour boxes and vaults, Ninja Warrior obstacles and slacklines, and available fitness equipment includes TRX racks, bosu balls and stability balls, just to name a few. We’re not a weightlifting gym, but if you’re into functional fitness and/or adventure fitness, we’ve got you covered!
